Please make sure to submit the data relevant to your application (such as measurements, deposit slip etc.) in parallel and simultaneously if possible, in order to process your application correctly and as soon as possible.

The sail number of the boat is mandatory when applying for a certificate. If the boat is new or never had a sail number, first please fill in the application for sail number.

	NEW SUPPLEMENETAL CERTIFICATE ATTENTION: An existing ORC certificate is a prerequisite of this application for a supplemental double handed certificate. ATTENTION: An existing ORC certificate is a prerequisite of this application for a supplemental non-spinnaker certificate.
	NEW CERTIFICATE My boat never had a certificate of the rating system I selected.
	CERTIFICATE REVALIDATION with or without changes My boat had in a previous year a certificate of the rating system I selected (ORC or IRC) and I wish to revalidate it. Note: Select revalidation also if the previous certificate was International and you want it revalidated as Club or vice versa.
	CERTIFICATE CHANGE A certificate of the rating system and kind I selected has already been issued for the current year and I wish to change the measurement data of this certificate or/and the change from ORC Club to ORC International or vice versa.
	TEST CERTIFICATE Beware - for IRC rating system a certificate of the current year must have already been issued.
	Change of Ownership and/or Club There is already an ORC certificate issued for the current year, but the owner and/or the club has changed.
	Crew Weight Change There is already an ORC certificate issued for the current year and I want to change the crew weight only.
